MEET THE TEAM

Margaret Rosales is passionate about guiding clients through their immigration journeys with empathy and professionalism. She values empathy and cares deeply about every person she helps. Margaret always goes the extra mile to make sure the entire team feels supported.

Margaret joined us as a legal intern and quickly excelled. Alongside helping families navigate complex immigration challenges, she also leads our internship program as the key point of contact and HR manager.

Working in the Family Immigration Department alongside Gabby, Ana, and Giselle, Margaret has successfully handled over a hundred complex Request for Evidence cases and cares deeply about every client she meets.

Always eager to learn, she recently attended the AILA Paralegal Conference. She also loves sharing her knowledge by filming Spanish success story videos that break down complex cases through her own experiences. Margaret also filmed recap videos at the AILA Conference in Chicago.. 

When she’s not busy solving problems, Margaret enjoys volunteering, reading inspirational books, dancing, and hosting gatherings with family and friends.
